$100M for SB

A state board recommended Friday that $100 million go to San Bernardino County to expand its jails.

San Bernardino was awarded $100 Million dollars to expand its jails, while at the same time budget cuts put education personnel at risk of layoff. Thank you, Arnold. Is there a way we can all wake up and go back to 2003 and have Gray Davis back? or are we doomed to Republican underhanded tactics of spending and borrowing, throwing minor offenders into jail while taking from the future which is our young students. Shame.

actually i thinks theres more white and blacks than hispanics in jail, besides they dont have illegals in prison, they get released back to theyre home land.
