Raid targets Victorville gang

Nearly 100 members of a local Hispanic gang with ties to the Mexican Mafia were targeted in a two-year investigation that culminated Thursday in a sweep that spanned two counties.

I was born and raised in San Bernardino County, and I miss it very much. I now live in far NorCal (Redding area, way north of SF and SAC), and have for ten years now. Up here are nothing but white rednecks. Maybe you would fit in better up here? Although please stay down there, we don't need anymore rednecks up here. I am white, and up here, in far NorCal, the white rednecks are destroying everything, have destroyed everything. I used to live in a diverse area (SB County) and I miss that. The truth is that there are good and bad people of every race, and the white-trash up here are just as bad, if not worse than, the mexican gangs are down there. Up here in far NorCal, we have skinheads (some "in the closet", that are prominent in the community, business owners, ranchers, community leaders...and others who are obvious about it, with swastika tattoos, etc.). I have a bi-racial adult-child, living up here among the white rednecks, it has been pure h*ll, for our family here. I wish we would have never left SB (even w/all the problems down there, it is still not has bad as it is up here). We thought we were getting away from the SoCal gangs by moving up here....only to move to the land of skinheads, and racist-white-redneck-cowboys, meth addicts, Rx addicts, and nasty white-trash. I'll trade you any day, I would love to go back to SB County. You can live here in NorCal, sounds like you would fit in well here?

Mitzelfelt is again attempting to take credit for something significant. The arrest of 37 gang members and confiscation of two weapons is NOT significant relative to the number of gang members and weapons in Victorville. Of course, Mitzelfelt is still attempting to create an image in the minds of the public that he is knowledgeable and effective. He is not. He has totally avoided taking a position and action against huge crime in his own backyard. Yes, the Board of Supervisors. Not a word from MITZY, no leadership for the constituents. Just dozens of boring articles about him in the Victorville newspaper. For sure, Mitzelfelt is busy attempting to create an image of a crime free Victorville to convince home buyers to buy one of the hundreds of vacant houses and to line the pockets of the developers. How much additional money has M received from the home builders in 2009 to influence elections in 2010? You should know M will NOT take a position to limit campaign contributions to a reasonable amount of money. He will take and use any amount necessary to crush his opponents and to aid his allies. Enough!

So, you imply that taking out the trash is just a move to "crush his opponents and to aid his allies"? Well, let's have some more of that "aid to his allies". I, for one, am sick of seeing this human debris walking our streets. I agree with Haromny. County Supervisor Brad Mitzelfelt is jumping on the bandwagon, trying to grab credit for something he didn't have a lot to do with. But, at least he recognizes the acute and growing gang menace up here.

Every neighborhood I've seen where Mexicans moved into turned into a toilet. Its not just their gang activity which is a part of their culture but the manner in which they live always leads to chronic violations of every housing ordinances in the book: Multi-generational single famly homes, bumper to bumper cars on the sidewalks, loud thmping latino rap music, degraded schools, etc, etc. Literally thousands of reasons why these people have turned America into their version of the Barrio.
