Well I had to look it up!:) How could anyone from down here remember that one?
read book on J.E.B. which was good but can't remember the name now. Also a book on Gettysburg was "Killer Angels" was excellent blend fact and the authors interpretation of the thoughts of his characters, I think author was Michael Shaara whose Dad Jeff wrote in the same style. If anyone has never read these books by these two I highly recommend them. they look at both sides of the war. there's also one on the Revolutionary War just as good.
and come on now, what's with the slur bout'anyone from down here'?

Bottom line is that all of we non-republicans don't have to worry about a friggin republican president for the next 4 years. George Bush taught us a lesson in scumminess and immoral behavior!

So are you saying that George Bush was the worse president morally. I believe when it comes to scumminess and immoral behavior Bill Clinton has a lock on that. The weakest and most indecisive president was Jimmy Carter. The biggest lier and most unpatriotic is the current president.Hmmm! That is 3 democrats there.

Gotta say, I'd much rather have a president get oral sex from a rather in attractive woman,

than one who turned a budget surplus into a trillion dollar deficit through three illegal wars, unfunded tax breaks for the rich, and destroyed most of the free world's economy by not regulated big business.

But that's just my opinion.

Others might think the oral sex is a much more important screw up.

Clinton lied, under oath, it doesn't get any lower, though Obama is trying.

Then I would remove the most immoral title from Clinton and definatly give it to the current president, since he has created a 16.4 trillion dollar deficit.

Just curious. What do you think of the past Democrat presidents...specifically Clinton? What do you think of Barney Frank? How about Chris Dodd? How about Nancy Pelosi? How about Harry Reid? I am trying to get a read on the way you think.

You know we find crooks from both sides both Dem and Repub. It boils down to which side is closer top what we believe. If we believe that want the government to give us something that we did not earn we lean democratic, if we want to earn our way in life with the occasional helping hand we are in need then we lean Republican. I can say nothing bad about wanting to help people I enjoy helping others, but I would rather decide if the people that I am helping need that help. I am a proponent of teaching people how to fish not just feeding them the fish.

Daily Horoscope for May 19

Gemini

You long to be surrounded by familiar faces and places today, so you'll really feel out of your depth if you're somewhere strange even if you'd usually revel in such a situation. Your idea of heaven right now is to be with family or dear friends, or with one special person, so you can relax and not have to worry about putting on a good show or being entertaining company.
