SPOKANE, Wash.- A cash reward has been offered for information leading to the arrest of a fugitive needed for an upcoming homicide trial in Spokane.
A felony Material Witness warrant was issued for 29-year-old David W. Collins.
He's described as a six foot tall, 175 pound white male who has been living a transient lifestyle. He has brown hair and blue eyes. He last gave 2024 W. Boone as his last known address.
Collins has a substantial local criminal record that includes convictions for Possession of Controlled Substance, Third Degree Assault, City Theft and Probation Violations and Registered sex-offender.
