Happy to hear they are taking care of the problem, even if it was a little delayed.

I thought Comcast was bad, but Time Warner takes the cake in leaving everything a mess. They don't clean up anything, they leave the cables unburied and the boxes open to the weather and rodents. And I am uncomfortable when certain ones are in our complex because they act like they are casing the area.

I agree, call once and then again. No response then cut them. They are on your property and a safety hazard. They can then send out a repair technician and waste half the day taking care of a problem that was reported dozens of times.

Comcast/Time Warner ..just a name change...still crappy service.Oh customer service is great when one calls to get cable started...once you become a customer..quality service goes downhill.

I worked in multifamily for 10 years. Over the last five years I have seen fires at every apartment complex where I worked. Go figure. I purposefully miswired, performed inadequate electrical repairs, and created untold potential electrical fires and electrocution. One lady died a few years ago. I didn't have to do anything. The fire was at the Indian Creek apts in arlington. Her dogs had chewed through some wires on a lamp and she wanted me to repair the wires. I looked at them and told her it was fine. It was great. 3 months later, guess what? Her apartment caught on fire and she died of smoke inhalation. The funny part, she liked me and I had sex with her several times before she died. She worked at an Exxon station at collins and 303. I will always hold that one close to my heart.
