I absolutely love it when you Christians quote scripture and in the same breath, or keystroke drip hatred and disdain. I also doubt very seriously that anything could be learned in his church, especially when he wasn't teaching anything. Well he probably was reading something, or spouting someone else's work, but hey, it is hard to give good speeches when you are targeting little girls.

Whether these things are true or not, I'm not really sure what this has to do with anything being discussed here. If you think these things are 'deceptive' as you put it, I hope and pray you/your wife do not dye your hair or wear false fingernails, make-up, etc. since the Bible says we will be judged in the manner we judge others.

I see what you are saying, and for the most part I agree with it. There is no absolute guarantee of privacy regarding anything SAID.

Registration data, on the other hand, is espected to remain private, confidential, unviewable by the anyone except the site administrators.

I fully realize that this is off-topic, BUT it came up on this particular thread. Not some other thread. I am concerned when some self-important, jackass loud-mouth is jumping up and down, unable to focus his ugliness on his intended target. Anyone could get in his paranoid cross-hairs,and that's a dangerous situation.

In these days of rampant identity theft, it isn't a non-issue. If "Really" actually had access to information which is supposed to be between the administrator and the "client" (member), then that would be a matter of concern, especially given the apparent vendictive nature and uncontrolled anger of the person in question.

I'm sure sorry I voiced my concerns in the first place, since this is apparently an old feud and the parties seem to know each other, kind of like the famous Hatfields and McCoys. If any of their relatives come up missing, I would suggest investigators check the basements and back yards.

Wow! I can't believe the way grown adults are acting. This situation is sad - no matter the outcome. No one is perfect! Everyone hurts the people they love. People make mistakes every single day. Instead of pointing fingers at one another! Take a good LONG look in the mirror! That is the person who answers to God! He alone knows the truth - on every situation mentioned. I got a call today and an email with a link urging me to go to this site where I was being “trashed” again by Lester and his group of friends or supporters. At first I wouldn’t because I wanted as little to do with Lester as possible, but I was compelled to read. It sounds like there are a lot of hurt and angry people here, again.
Lester, you and I both know what transpired in the past, and some of your close family were just as guilty as you when ya’ll began to trash me and my wife with your venomous lies, that is how you were exposed. Since then I forgave you and I allowed you in my home to make sure that I had no bitterness in my heart for what you had done to me and my family. I forgave you, and the guilty family members. As I read these post, though most are anonymous they sound all too familiar, much like history repeating itself.
Although I do have my suspicions about you based on our past, I am not your enemy nor am I the one attacking you. I was contacted & questioned because I worked with the youth in your past. I did not bring the press to your trial, I was contacted by him and when I returned his call, he was in the hallway and I gave him a brief and very vague interview, and I was misquoted.
The link that you posted was part of a brief that my atty filed in federal court, but I only read a couple of lines.
I did have a severe injury while working for UPS, I continued working a few years while receiving treatment, some of which was prescription drugs, this was closely monitored managed & approved by UPS Safety managers and UPS district nurses so yes, I drove a very big company vehicle under the influence of very strong narcotics, it made no sense to me, but they refused to take me off road, and believe me, I asked. After working injured and struggling for 5years & when I found out I could, I pressed UPS for another position where I would not have to suffer, or drive UI, one that they were both contractually and legally obligated to offer me. They chose instead to fire me for “not reporting and accident”, an accident that I reported to 2 supervisors, and recorded the phone call.

After 19 years of employment, and a recorded phone conversation I believe I had the right to file a lawsuit for the position they refused me, as well as lost wages, after all, I have always used the proceeds from UPS, to fund youth ministry. This is still ongoing, so I didn’t “save my house with it”, but you should know this, and it is the only suit I have been involved in, I have never chased an ambulance accept the one my daughter was in, and a few other times when I was a volunteer fireman, and I have never blamed my problems on anyone else, that is the one thing I do own. I have never filed for bankruptcy either, at least not yet.
The final hoorah took place in 2007, not 2005, so I have not worked full time since 2007, but I did have a 401k, Thrift Plan and Stock. During that time I did go through a foreclosure as you mentioned but probably more than twice, it sure seemed like it, but God worked that out too. As far as supporting my family; I have worked since I could push a lawn mower, I have been “employed” since I was 15, many times with 2 jobs, if you count the youth, it seemed like 2 full time jobs, that’s 26yrs of uninterrupted employment, minus ankle & back surgery, not counting the ‘extra side jobs’. As far as the weight, it’s not the sandwiches, but the steroids that they loaded me up with continually for years so I could function, but I already worked much of that off too, though I still have a lot to go. A sandwich never was my vice it was Blue Bell, but you know that too, & I had to give that up, since it’s harder to exercise now with the pain.
I don’t know why this is applicable to your case, but you or yours posted it and I do not have anything to hide, maybe someone will read it and pray for us. I still harbor no bitterness towards you and have already forgiven you. Trust? Well that's a different issue, but all I ever wanted was for you to get help, we tried to keep it quiet and just leave, but you wouldn't have it.

wow i cant believe so many people are claiming to be "in the know." Some of the facts or claims you say exists against Cody is not something a prosecutor would tell a witness or other person (think about it why would a prosecutor tell someone that.)
ps. Wayne C. it is clear to anyone that you have been here all along. Everybody knows you want to be a witness and have your 10 secs of fame. The prosecutor has your info in the file and is not looking for you as you claim. Seriously they have access to anything on the computers now days and you havent exactly made yourself quiet and scarce.

There was not a mistrial. The case has not even been tried yet. It was postponed because the prosecution and defense could not agree on a jury.

This is how misinformation gets out there. A case has to be tried in order for it to be a mistrial.

George Cosenza is his Criminal Attorney,and,
Judge David Nibert is a Judge.
However, they are all in West Virginia, not Dallas, and have NO Connection to this case.

I would bet if OJ Simpson had the family and church members, or supporters that this guy does, this is exactly what they would be talking about on topix before the trial. Do you even know he is going on trial? Of course you can relax a bit, he did get a stay of execution so to speak.

Dear Bill,
I think you are slightly confused. I am certain that OJ had family members, church members and supporters that stood by him as does the Pastor. I have only met the pastor once and have no clue as to his guilt or innocence. So, as it is with DPD, I have no dog in this fight. I am merely interested in seeing that everyone is treated fairly and in reminding my brethren who they are and Whom they are to reflect.

I can be seen as a conscience.

So, the only advice I would give you, is to actually read the comments that people put on here before spouting back incendiary and vile comments as you have in the past. But knowing you as I have gotten to thru this forum, you won't either read what I say or understand it in the spirit by wich it is offered.

So, I will say to you old billy boy, OJ said nothing of the kind, although he did state his proposed innocence, and denied his guilt, but never quoted the words you stated in your statement.
Does that make you a liar, a fabracator or just taking literary liberties. I do not know, but perhaps they are all the same to the GOD we follow. SIN.
