As long as the empty space is not occupied by Blockbuster, all is well.

I just want to say they had it coming ..... they killed themselves from the inside as well as getting eatin alive by competition, advances, and their lack of marketing and advertising. They did it to themselves and as they say, u get what u deserve. I do feel sorry for some of the individuals and friends that I had left behind. They didn't deserve what has come of this. Karma ALWAYS gets u in the END !!!!!

And karma is a b-tch. You definitely reap what you sow and, in the case of Blockbuster, they didn't invest much into bettering their future so it wasn't surprising that they had little to nothing to show for it. Weak and worthless companies like Blockbuster have to die in order for strong and valuable companies like Netflix to become stronger and more valuable.

Nomo - Using your own logic, perhaps you should stop posting in this forum so logical information and opinions can be heard.

You have read what I and others have added about the Viacom part of the equation and the reason why they had no money for advertising and how that company stifled Blockbuster.

What you post is hate rhetoric with no basis in reality.

I wonder just WHY you left Blockbuster??? Why do you hate them so much??? Was there a Loss Prevention issue and you HAD to leave???

Blockbuster still being around is not logical so the only logical response is to talk about how it is not logical for Blockbuster to be around, logically.

I feel sorry for you for feeling sorry for me. Blockbuster is the source of all the pain and anguish on these boards. We can all think of reasons why the company should go away, so state those reasons...

Nomo - Your last post above makes absolutely no sense in that you contradict yourself.

No, do not include ME in your "WE" above nor do I think the poster you are responding to would want themself included either. So why would anyone with an opinion different from yours "state those reasons" they think BBV is the "source of all the pain and anguish on these boards."

Oh, and I feel sorry for you too. In all of your postings that I've read your hate of Blockbuster comes through but the reason for that emotion is unexplained.

Don't flatter yourself, typewriter boy. I'm encouraging everyone out there to state how Blockbuster has failed them and how the company is a drain on our economy, our country, but most of all, on themselves.
