Some of you people saying nasty things to certain people who live in chitown are making things worse than they need to be.
The people who are trying to provoke the ones in the gangs with your ugly words are not doing anything to help the situation.
All you are doing is throwing coal on the fire so stop it!
Don't pat them on the back for bad behavior or award them, but don't provoke them either!
I heard Chitown got the most corrupt police in the united states.
Is this true?
If so, & you can be honest about it, those of you who know how to contact the local government & federal government better get started cleaning those police departments up!

You want a nice city to live in & you want to clean up chitown, but you are going about it the wrong way.
I saw an article not too long ago that said chitown had a gang task force in the past but it was disbanned because the police turned corrupt.
If this is true, what the hell is going on over there in that city?

Governors
Mayor
Contact them ALL & start with that police dept.
And cut out the racial biased BS!
The gangs are going to fight! They do it everywhere. They retaliate against each other for killing one from their gangs.
Learn from the other major cities who have gangs.
Look them up & see how they handled their gang problems.
The gangs have certain geographical areas they claim as their own & if someone from a rival gang goes into that area, they fight, or if one from one gang disses (disrespects) them in action or words they will fight.
Please study the gangs and how they operate, and learn to work WITH them so they can live in peace in the same states!

Here's an example that I found: A private Citizen warns the public AND police department that one of the "officers" is a criminal . No one does anything... You see, once you are inside the police force, you are surrounded and protected by other criminal officers. You become untouchable. They WANT criminals on the police force.
This site is amazing! It lays out the criminAl activity of the officer (Terrence Mastrino) and yet he is still employed? There are posts on Topix.com about this persecuting this Officer's brother Jimmy Mastrino for turning in his own brother - the criminal officer , Terrence Mastrino ( I mean who would know him better?), and all sorts of energy is put into complaining about the brother - Jimmy for putting up the website, yet nobody does anything about removing the problem - the crooked officer?
There is so much passion on this message board about this wrongful shooting but I am sorry to break it to you, but unless TRUE ACTION is taken, the criminal police officers will remain to "Protect, Serve, and Shoot you if they wish" if nothing is done.

I agree on everything about the summit police, but not all officers are bad only a few. i was a victim when they took me in ones for hanging in the alley next to one of the bars. when i got arrested for smoking they took me in and when i was at the police station one of the cops slap me across the face really hard because i said something funny. i wanted to kick his ass of course but i couldnt ..all i am saying is that all this type of behavior shouldnt be happening. And all i know is this is the last time they treat me like this. next time i may hurt the cop back...lol
