I need an explanation. Why do blacks pull up to gas stations or convenience stores, then go inside, leaving their windows down with the rappercrapper "music"? playing?

What's up with this? Are they of the notion that the whole world wants to listen to this jungle noise?

I started to .357 the stereo but withdrew the thought to avoid legal problems.
