Initial appearance in Adams County shooting death case postponed
Coleman E. Dybul will have his initial appearance on Friday. Authorities arrested Coleman on a charge of first-degree reckless homicide after he called 911 and reported he shot his girlfriend, Toni Voss, 27, city of Adams.

if he has a smart attorney- one which is not a public defender. best defense will be the widely used PTSD. It would help if he has history with it. It was an accident and he should not be prosecuted, or is it an election year?
