While I am excited to see some changes to the Boonville Big M once it becomes a Tops (I love the Lowville Tops) I hope that the high quality of the meat and bakery departments that Big M has now will stay the same. Also, their prices on a lot of Dairy products cannot be beat. I would hate to see that change as well.

Scott is a great manager for Big M. I am sure he will do well under the Tops ownership. The employees will be union now from what I understand so hopefully that will be a help to those who cannot currently afford health insurance under Big M's plans.

I agree! Scott is a great manager! Always friendly and helpful, talks to the customers...I shop a both stores, but mainly Big M because the employees are always so cheerful, and they have many products that are not available in Great American. If I need something, Scott will make sure it is ordered! Be thankful that we have 2 grocery stores here and stop complaining about everything!
