Good for you, I hope this settelment sends a message to these greedy municipal officials that they must operate ethically. I hope you also received court costs. Seems their judgement to seek such excessive taxation borders on malfeasence or official misconduct. I have looked at purchasing a summer home there on occassion but knew the high taxes were very unfair. Good luck, remember, united we stand. Support ousting these substandard people from office.
