I've been looking around, and haven't found much about events going on in Watertown for Halloween. The only thing so far I've found going on is trick-or-treating at the mall.

I'd like to find something to take my little one to. Are there any events? Does the zoo have anything going on?

Alright, so Halloween is over, but I heard of a town regulating the times/date for trick/treating. I grew up in FL and as kids we went out on 31 Oct hit the pavement from early afternoon till our parents made us come in. I am not here in the north country by choice, but is this kind of micromanagement behavior from small towns normal? In addition to Halloween rules, I never heard of rules concerning backyard fire pits (apparently you can not burn trash in your backyard) or shotgun racks in your truck?
