Representative Clack's sponsorship of HB5912 requiring parents of homeschool children to register with their local school district, is contrary to the spirit of Michigan Supreme Court's ruling allowing homeschooling in Michigan.

Homeschool parents should contact Michigan State Representative Clack and the other co-sponsors (all Democrats)by phone and email and express their displeasure with this bill.
