To anyone who may be looking to find a less expensive bundle package for their tv, internet, and phone than Time not go with Frontier for their bundle package. Since January, we have not had one thing go right: from screwing up the dates to start our services, not adhering to the monthly package agreement, inability to obtain local stations (informed as the installer was leaving our home after the installation), Dish not synchronizing their computer system in a timely fashion thus billing us for 2 months at once, Frontier blaming Dish for the mess ups, and Dish blaming Frontier. Also, no disclosure of a 2 year contract with Dish network. Thus, if we want out.....we will be charged over $400. We feel like we have an albatross around our neck.

I just moved to this area (outside mo'ville) and I had Direct TV at my previous place outside Utica. Opted for them out here, blows there's no TW in my area. I noticed the village has it but not by the high school.

Learned my lesson years ago, was a Direct Tv customer for years, and decided to switch to Dish and it was fine until the contract ran out, and then the price skyrocketed. Went back to Direct TV, but I do have frontier internet and phone, no bundle for me.....

I had a very bad experience with Dishnetwork & Frontier bundle. Dishnetwork staff came and install the equipment first then after a week Frontier came to install the internet services and found that I am very far from their local office and they can’t provide me the internet speed. Frontier technician told me that I have 30 days guarantee if the speed don't improve I can cancel the service. After 10 days of use and service calls, I decide I have to go back to Comcast because I was getting less than 2Mbps in the evenings. When I called to cancel the bundle I was told the I can cancel internet & phone service of Frontier without a charge but have to pay 450$ to Dishnetwork . I told them it is in guarantee period they said it is not for Dishnetwork. I told them I only made the call to Frontier and took the bundle package for internet, phone & TV and for me most important is internet as I work from home. I was told that they are giving me an option to keep the dish and cancel the other 2 services without a charge, but for me it was useless as I don't want a Dishnetwork, I only took it as it was bundled.
The summary is I had to pay 447$ to cancel the services and I am back to Comcast. The Dishnetwork & Frontier are Business partner in this scam. My suggestion don't even think about their offer.

Nothing but trouble since I went with the bundle!!! I was quoted $146.97+tax per month for Phone, Internet and Dish with a Hopper and 3 Joeys. First the wrong Dish Network equipment was installed, although the first bill was correct. I made another appointment for them to install the correct equipment. They never showed, and the reps have no idea why not. I made yet *another* appointment to have the proper equipment installed; the guys broke ceiling tiles and generally made a terrible mess, but I guess I should just be happy they showed up. Then I get my next bill... not only am I being charged $15 for the tech visit (to correct their error! and I'm out three vacation days from work at this point) but now I've gone from about $153/mo to $206 in monthly charges. Not to mention that I've spent about 4 hours on the phone from the time I started the order, then trying to get the right equipment, now trying to get my billing corrected. Oh, and the $450 Apple gift card for signing up... just took the rep 10+ minutes to determine that it was never processed. NEVER AGAIN; not only will I not recommend this bundle, I will tell everyone I know to steer clear.

Signed up for the Dish and Frontier bundle with a promise from Dish, that there would be NO price increases for two years. I signed up in March of 2013 after 2 hour long conversations where I was assured that this was the case. 1 year later, I lost the deductions of $25.00 new customer credit and $5.00 price protect credit. When I called Dish, the response was "I'm sorry that someone told that to you." Then they tried to offer me $15.00 off for some other promotion, and made no effort to honor the verbal contract I agreed to. Then when I canceled the Dish, the contract suddenly mattered, and I'm being charged a $220.00 cancelation fee. I wish I had not canceled my grandfathered deal with DirectTv.

Was thinking about getting the bundle with Frontier but after reading these reviews, it does not surprise me one bit. We tried one time to check on getting Dish and it was the worse mistake we ever made. They are all a bunch of liars, never tell you the, Oh By The Way. It took us weeks to get rid of Dish and all we did is call Dish to just check on their prices and from there it was a nightmare. Dish cannot be trusted in any way shape or form. I think we will stick with our Direct TV and recommend them to anyone else, you get the truth of cost and monthly fees, etc, and are up front with costs. As far as Dish, run as fast as you can, do not have any dealings with them you will regret it. The only bundle I will check on with Frontier is phone and internet, and right not I am not too sure about even that.

You are right on with Dish. What a joke when we called the number to just get information. They signed us up that night. I should of known something was wrong when they said they needed a visa number to give us the information. Cannot believe I was so stupid. It was an absolute nightmare to get rid of them. I don't have enough space to tell you all that went on. It was absolutely unbelievable.
