I ate at the Pizza Hut the other day, and was very disappointed. Slow,messy bar, messy tables and only one lady was friendly. I was honestly worried about eating from the bar because it hadn't been cleaned and there were only 3 customers besides me and my child, so no excuse for the mess. I won't be going back there when we are in town again.

love pizza hut anywhere else but here. last time we were there we finally got up and left after not getting waited on for 20 minutes. place didn't look very clean either. needs a remodel and new management maybe.

I went there at 12:30 one day and there was no pizza on the bar. I ask how long it would be and they said we don't serve the buffet after 1pm, so we're not going to cook anymore pizza. Very Rude!!!
Besides it didn't look very clean anyway!

I have to agree it does look nasty in there. It does need to remodeled & def new management. I am not tryin to be critical but when the ppl working there look greasy b4 they start to cook then there is a prob somewhere.

u think its nasty in the dining room? U should see in the back.... and besides instead of throwing the stuff off the salad bar away on regular basis they keep it and use it until it turns black.... THat is prolly the nastiest place in russellville

every time i go to pizza hut they are smart azz even the managers. everone there needs to be replaced. I have also seen the day shift manager screaming and geting smart with the employes in the dining room she is real professional.

I have to agree with most of you, Pizza Hut has went down hill, I have ordered by phone on several occasions and went and picked up and the inside is dirty, rude managers, once went in and the manager opened the register and told me to wait along with three others while she counted the drawer to make her drop, I was highly upset and by the time I got home our pizza was cold because she took 15 minutes to count it.....not Happy!!

My husband and I dined in, and when our pizza got to the table there was a ball of hair on it. My husband called the waitress over and asked her if she would eat it that way,,,we left! and will NOT be back until a new one is built in Rville.

the pizza hut is just NASTY in russellville! And the employees there are super nasty and always look like they hadnt bathed in days! I think they should just tear that mother on down!

i think the pizza hut is terrible i ate there with two friends of mine and wen we walked in there was not a clean table in the joint i had to clean my own table wipe it off and then my friend had to get our menus thennn we still had to wait another twenty mins to get our drink order taken.. that ridiculous!!!!!

I am in total agreement. I swore off Pizza Hut in R-ville a few years back. Refuse to eat there until a serious remodel/new building along with new management..

Nastiest place I have ever seen. The last time I was in there looked as though they feeding their own friends. The health department should make a suprise attack on that place. It smells dirty too.Wonder if there is an 800 number one can call, and by the way a few years back one of the ex employees spit on one of the law officers pizza. An employee came out and told him after he had eaten some of it, so what about that?

The last time I was in Pizza Hut, the woman waiting on us had an open cut on her arm; no band-aid. We got no refills. The order was wrong....even after the server coming back and asking about our order...it was wrong when it came out! Tables are always DIRTY.....always. They act like they are doing you a favor by letting you eat there and they do not maintain their lunch buffet. Whoever is n charge, please make changes to the Russellville location.I do enjoy eating at the Pizza Hut chain in other towns but would need to see major changes in our Pizza Hut. Until then, Papa Johns will get my business locally.
