Will Sue Carol Browning Be replaced ?

I personally wish she would,,,i think there are lots of people out there with a better head on their shoulders! and i am glad not every one n the world is like her,,living one way and punishing people for doing the very same thing she done the nite before,,,i pray for her,,

I like Sue Carrol. She's a very caring person.
For so many not to like such a remarkable person you must be trouble makers. She has never led me into the wrong, but encouraged me. I have done some pretty dumb things and changed throughout my mistakes. But the best thing is i've learned from them. I look at her as a god mother. Someone very inspirational. I hope she stays where she is.

Sue Carrol is a wonderful person with a hard job to do. Being a judge is extremely hard but I assure you she has everyones best interest and the laws in mind. It may hurt your feelings if she didn't side with you on your court case, but that is what court is all about. One side loses each time, be it right or wrong. I have no hard feelings with our court system and jurors are usually the ones deciding your fate.

everyones best interest my ass I was in her court room one day with my husband which he was there for a busted tail light he did not know about and there was a pregant women in 8 months at least in there for driving under infunce of drugs and so on the women was crying and sue let her off my ass that women should have got alot more because of the child she was carring did that child have a choice ???? I left the court room very upset for the child do these people not know ????? my husband had to pay over 200.00 for a freakin tail light yes he had it coming but tell me the women carring the child why did she get off free ???? yes I know some words or miss spelled who cares I care about the child ok

I wish i could have been there to comment about the whole thing. It's hard when you hear one side of the story. Unfortunately, in court you hear only part of what's going on because of prior court dates or discussions in judges chambers or deals reached by attorneys or eviidense withheld. There was so much evidence withheld in my case that the person on trial looked like mother Teresa and I the horrible accuser when all I did was turn stuff over to the police and attorney. I do feel this person should have been held accountable for her child being poisoned with her drugs. Court never seems fair. Remember, I have lost in court also. I hated the feeling of not proving this person was evil. Unfortunately that is our judicial system and we have to live with it. The judges have to follow the laws to which the person is charged with breaking and the evidence in fromt of them. Sometimes people screw up and someone slips thru the cracks.

I don't think were hearing the story right. For one thing a broken tail light is not a violation in Kentucky. Even if it were, it isn't something you would be in court for. That makes me wonder how true the rest of your story is. Could it be your just blowing hot air to make a good judge look bad.

ABSOLUTLY!!!I worked for the detention center and was accused of something I did NOT do and she believed the accusations of a person in town. WITH NO PROOF she came down on Bill Jenkins who came down on me and I lost my job which cost me my home, wife, child everything but my clothes. I was having marital problems and was in marriage counseling and when that lie was told and believed that was the straw that broke the camels back. the Bible sez " Vengence is mine saith theLORD!!!" You reap what you sow!! How many lives has the "judge" and others in power in this town were ruined? God help them I don't hate them BUT they were wrong!

Seems to me Sue Carol does her job and I have been told that she is as fair or more fair then some of the judges in the past. We all are guilty as the next guy about something in our past but should we have to pay for it forever? I think we could end up swapping the witch for the devil if we're not careful.

Tom Noe has someone who is running against him and so does Sue Carole, you'll be hearing in about 2 weeks. Don't know yet if Whittaker has any opposition yet, don't think the talk around town was so, Logan Chick is for sure gonna have a couple.

Its time for some new blood in the system here. Everyone gets to comfortable and to many power plays at times. Need some good competition every few years.
