I am pretty sure that if you received a PJO and took a physical your name stays on the list until they call. No news is actually good news. At this point you would have been notified if you were going to be denied employment. They still need approximately 500 to get started. You should hear soon.

Wendy, I did my 40 hr class at the end of April as well tell Hubby to hold tight.. As long as he didn't get the letter saying Kia was not interested he's good to go from what I hear

i finished my 40 hr. training May 15...and they told us hat if he something it was good butif we dont then tat didnt actually mean u didnt get the job it culd mean tat they migh wait fo the second shift to start to call

You can all thank Cam Lanier and Sonny Purdue for making this happen. This has been in the works for 5 years now. This is going to bring a ton of jobs and industry to GA, in some regards it already has.

The reason its going in West Point is this is Cam Laniers home town.

Google his name, he is a billionaire venture capitalist that started Powertel (now T-mobile) and many other companies in GA, he is easily the wealthiest guy in the state.
Its guys like him that create jobs, yet Obama wants to punish him for being successful, and take his wealth. We see that wealth creates jobs.

The whole issue of dealership closings is pure politics. 99% of the Chrysler and GM dealers being forced to close are owned by Republican contributors.

Only one democrat-contributor dealership is slated to close. That owner contributed a mere $250 to the Obama campaign.

Hold on, they still have to hire 4 to 5 hundred for start up. There is no way to figure out the order they choose. Most of the people I met in my class have been waiting since Sept-Oct.
