Everyone of those guys were locked down, he couldn't get the fire extinguisher and pull; Instead he called for back up. Was your had busy?

Blowing the tornado whistles, who's bright idea was that!! I bet you scared alot of elder's. With tornadeo warning out anyway. Next time know one will know if there a tornado or jail break!!
