Three Boys Charged with Rape and Kidnapping of an 11-year-old Girl.

Two 9-year-olds and one 8-year old are in police custody in connection with the rape and kidnapping of an 11-year old girl. via WXIA-TV Atlanta

What in the name of God is going on in this World? I have never in my life imagined such a thing. These boys are babies.

if these boys are released to their parents ,will they have to register as sex offenders to protect other children?do they have a special school for these boys to attend so they can continue to get their education?

I dont understand how boys that age can physically rape someone. I am horrified at this, and wonder what kind of life these babies have that make them act out on another person in such a way. This is one of the saddest things I have ever read.

25 years ago Jesse Jackson came to Atlanta and spoke to every black group that would listen. He stated that there were 20,000 unprosecuted cases of child molestation in Fulton County (Atlanta). The authorities were going to start a crackdown and he was there to warn the black community to change their habits before the axe fell on them. Children learn this behavior from their parents and from other household adults. It's time for Jesse to come back to Atlanta for another pep talk.

I don't believe it. 8 and 9 year olds can't rape anyone, let alone an 11 year old. The police are rushing to judgement again.

Cherry: Boys that age are "capable" and as I said, some are Not little (boys), and if the girl I saw, from the neck down, standing next to her mother, is the girl who was raped, she was petite.
She could have been over-powered by 3 boys.

All of us at one time or another played hide and seek, house ect as a kid you guys are ruining these kids life. Think about it when you played kiddy games and how curious you were as a kid We as a society need to stop this madness with our children. Talk to those kids and let this mess go.

If these boys committed this act, they have obviously been sexually abused themselves. There is no way these kids should be in their parents custody. CPS needs to start investigating these parents ASAP.

America is a dangerous place to be a little boy. A country where at the tender age of eight you can be taken from your parents and locked up in a correctional institution ON THE FLIMSIEST CHARGES IMAGINABLE. And then to be tried in the court of public opinion and declared guilty without any due process at all. Meanwhile, the public sheds crocodile tears for the poor eleven year old girl, who must've towered over boys three years her junior and could've outrun them easily. What this case really sounds like is a police department and prosecutor's office that is completely out of control! And an American public that is insanely stupid and lacking the ability for critical thought.
