Caution urged on overlay-district process in Littleton

Several townspeople last night urged the Planning Board to ensure the town is protected "from car dealerships and all these extra banks," as the board began considering the results of an open forum on overlay zoning held last month.

Porky is right about that! Those who would profit the most often sit on the appointed or elected boards that make development decisions. Watchdogs are necessary to keep the process open and above board.
