Police: Nude sunbather attacked teens at Littleton pond

Three local teens' plans to go fishing at Nagog Pond on a beautiful afternoon Wednesday took a strange turn when a man who was sunbathing in the nude allegedly attacked the boys with a metal baton.

Nude sunbathing in public....stupid freak. Anyone getting naked should do it on private property with the permission of the landowner.

Bail set for $5,000? that's it? First of all this man shouldn't have been sunbathing nude so close to an area that is far from secluded, this time of year there is always someone fishing or walking.
Second, how sick can you be to start beating on anyone, teenager or otherwise, with a metal baton? What was he doing with such a thing to begin with?
Sounds like this guy is one of those people who are always looking to vent their rage on someone, preferably someone weaker than themselves.
I hope this man gets the help he so obviously needs because he is a danger to society.
My prayers are with the boys he attacked and their families.

I don't think the kids maybe as innocent as the story says. Not saying they are bad kids, but they way alot of kids are being raised today and what they are exposed to may have a factor in this. Just watch the news or Youtube kids are being left alone too much and not making good choices. I would do lie detectors on all parties involved.

Gee Bob, maybe it would have been more hilarious to you if these teenagers were your own. Your sense of humor is warped. This is by far, not the least bit funny. As far as the kids go I'm sure they didn't help the situation, But what on earth does this guy think he's doing sunbathing in the nude? Why not use your own back yard, roof, nudist colony, etc. I'm glad it wasn't I who walked by, probably would have been scared to death or died from a case of the giggles.(Depending on the mood I was in.) What is going on?

Take it easy Champ. The naked sunbather part is what's truly funny. I know the weather's been nice lately, but still a bit chilly for naked sunbathing, which could lead to a smaller than usual "baton."

Everyone is happy the kids are ok, and you know there's more to story than we're getting from the Sun...or the kids. I have a hard time believing this naked sunbather is attacking teenagers without a little provocation.
