Long-delayed park near Acme on verge of approval

A vote is coming and it will most-likely pass, but do we need another horse park??? Whatcom County has 14 county parks 12 ecological conservation areas, total 26, out of 26 parks there are 13 equestrian parks and trails and 2 camps, and there are miles of logging roads.There are several back county horse trails in the Mt. Baker Snoquaimie National forest and the North Cascade National Park System...
How many parks do the horse people need?? and at what COST??? It's your money, is this a good use of it,,, Your TAX dollars at work for so FEW...

I thought this issue would be on the Regular meeting agenda (7pm) but found out too late it was part of a County parks meeting at 9 or 9:30a (Tuesday). Would have spoke in support; hope it passed.
