It would also be nice for them to put up cameras for all the idiots yinzers who make "Pittsburgh Lefts" illegally into oncoming traffic.

Jesus Christ, Pittsburgh Lefts are annoying.

If I wanted to look at a thoughtful, intelligent man, I would.

But right now I'm whining the silliest of silly Pittsburgh oddities.

You feel your irritation at "Pittsburgh Lefts" warrants such profane language, Mr. Pickle? And you have the unmitigated gall to criticize Pittsburghers as ill-mannered?

Profane? Neither "idiot" nor "yinzer" is considered profanity, Nobama. Try again, my friend.

Google it:

Its when some jagoff yinzer makes an illegal left hand turn into on coming traffic while waving and smiling at the driver with the right of way who is forced to dangerously slam on his breaks and risk his life because the jagoff yinzer doesn't think Pennsylvania traffic rules apply whilst driving in the 412 area code.

There was a time when people were more polite and caring. If you were signaling a left turn at an intersection at a stop light, when the light turned green, people would motion you through before they started, or if you were making a left turn into oncoming traffic, they would take their foot off of the brake and slow down a little. Now, people step on the gas and then blow their horns. It makes them feel good to be "in the right" and dump on someone.
Right of way, schmite of way, a little consideration goes a long way. I am not defending the ones who cut people off. They are schmucks too.

This doesn't have anything to do with be caring or conceintious, its has to do with jagoff yinzers breaking the law and putting themselves and others at risk because they're too lazy to wait for the light to change.

So someone cut you off. Quit whining and get over it. Next time instead of sitting there like a sheep and taking it maybe you'll grow a pair and say something. Someone cut me off - snifff - snifff...

Who's whining? I'm just pointing out yet another glaring example of how ridiculous and bizarre this city is. I can go on and on for days if you'd let me.

You're whining....Apparently you haven't been around very much. I think Pa. and especially Pgh. drivers are better than drivers in most other states and towns.
Maybe it's you that needs to check your driving.

Grew up and learned to drive in New Kensington, had a football scholarship to Duquesne U., so I drove around Pittsburgh a lot. I've driven and lived in many large cities, also drove through Mexico to Mexico City four times (twice from Miami and twice from LA), also drove in Cuba. Now driving in Los Angeles.
Pittsburgh has the best drivers,
except for the few hyper, hot heads who think they own the road.

It has everything to do with it! Most understand.
Oh I forgot to mention that I lived in Panama for a year and a half and drove coast to coast many times.

I've been all over the country, my friend. And I'm not whining, I'm pointing out something ridiculous.

Most do NOT understand. Otherwise they wouldn't break the law while waving at people who have the right of way.

I've lived all over the country and Pittsburgh, by far, has the worst drivers. Thank god the roads are all so narrow, hilly and generally awful for motorists to get any real speed on them.

The driver with the right of way in this situation would deserve to get rear ended or least a light ass beating followed with a good stomping of their car hood as a memento of doing exactly opposite of what is supposed to occur at an intersection.

They need one at Loucks Mill Road and route 30. I have been almost killed there twice by 18 wheelers running the light as I was pulling out onto route 30.
