Lamsa Police Department had nothing to do with the DNA it was the Texas Marshalls because while the police department was down there one of the marshalls informed flannigan or flenniken whatever his name is that they where in lamesa for a murder not drugs because flenniken kept interrogating the potential witnesses about drugs and not murder they have not done shit and jarvis has not been charged with murder so what you witnessed has nothing to do with LPD.

I think maybe she worded it wrong but she has the right idea meaning it really doesnt matter what crimes where committed or who committed them either you better have money or your ass is grass because the time being handed out in this town varies greatly between those who can pay and those who can't so if your rich and you kill you get a slap on the wrist because you can pay your out of shit race isn't the problem it is money.
