Actually, I have worked for the government so I have seen both sides. Government jobs produce nothing, but cost money which makes them a negative drain on the economy. Some are necessary, but if you want a "good job" where you produce something and earn your income stick with the private sector.

I have no sympathy for this kid. He is in the US and from what it sounds like is an illegal immigrant. He should not be allowed to file a lawsuit unless he is a citizen of our country. I am not coming to any conclusions about his immigration status, but when he is 16 years old and doesn't speak English; it is hard not to conclude that he is illegal. It may not have been right for the teacher to put the flag in the garbage, but homeboy is wrong too for not learning the basic principles of our country. Speak English and become a citizen if you want any rights here.
