I think Bill you would have to set it up as a poll, see the instructions at the bottom of topix and create one.
But for now i would have to say seeing all 11 casinos in my years of gambling,
Borgata which has cut back still has everything a casino in AC should have:
Customer service, beautiful surroundings and decent food.
As for CT casinos never been to one. but from what i heard they have nothing to offer NJ gamblers that AC can't and they are doing very poorly with the recession as well.

Good feedback regarding poll.I missed that.In addition,I would say to try the Mohegan Sun as it is definitely a destination.Borgata is nice but has a bit of a NY club feel especially on the weekends with alot of twenty year olds.Last time I was there I had to step over a drunk young guy sleeping in the hallway-locked out??
I guess it depends what your looking for in a trip.I want relaxation and it is not the place.Small pool/small video poker bar/low ceilings in casino/lound rock etc.The sun is relaxing and high end.I am a black card holder so I gave it a real chance.Thanks for response and have a good week.

Don keeps promoting PA slot warehouses that have a 50/50 smoking policy while complaining about smoking in AC where the smoking areas are only 25%. What's up with that? Does Don even go to these casinos?

BILL - i have to agree with you re: Borgata - I am a Black Card holder also and i have seen Borgata go from an ALL ages destination to a 20/30 yr old HOT SPOT on weekends - wife & I were
playing slots near walkway and the roar from the crowd waiting to
get into a Rock concert was louder than the machines & overhead loudspeaker - a lot of the extra noiselevel were the young girls " half-tanked" = now there is nothing wrong with this however on weekends it does seem to cater to the younger generation and we
are not into that - even our HOST ( female) who is younger than us,
made a sarcastic comment about the "IN CROWD" and how the Borgata
is definitely catering to them.

Borgata Stinks of Pot smokers. PA slot castles stink of Cow manure

BEST comps I am getting are from any harrahs properties 8 nights FREE at any of their casinos any weekday all of November and have not been there in over a year. Borgata give NOTHING and I have been there twice this year.

S.L.= Borgata keeps profiles on customers so you are probably not in the " cater to" age bracket they are looking for, many other
bloggers have said the same thing. Our HOST told us they know that
the 40-50-60 yr olds are already a "captive market" = where else are they going to go ? was the attitiude, so they are trying to groom the 20/30 yr generation into gamblers and if they lose some
of the older generation then so be it !.

If you go to the Borgata enough,you would know you NEVER see these younger people EVER playing Slots!!!

You have to spend more than a buck to get something.Since Harrahs ONLY gives you weekdays,I see you spend hardly ANYTHING!!!Oh,check your shoes for that manure smell.

I have spent FAR FAR more at Borgata and got NOTHING in return., Spent NOTHING at Harrahs the past year and got PLENTY.. BORGATA it the Pits. If you are not a young drunk slob they do not want your money.. by the way the harrah's weekdays were FREE aNd the weekends were $49. probably stepped in the manure walking through the parking lot at the PA slot dumps..

Now I see the problem, Don is NOT going to the same Borgata that everyone else is. The borgata prides themselves on catering to the YOUNG gambler, they never even wanted the senior bus riders there. everytime I have been to the borgata I see much younger players all over the place including slots and throwing up in the bathrooms..

A penny-pinching low Roller if you ONLY get free rooms weekdays.You mean YOU have to pay to get a room on the week-end,how Sad.Haven't paid for a room for 15 years in A/C or Vegas.I think you just S**t yourself thats what that smell is!!!
