Omro police cite drunken man on bicycle

Police cited a 19-year-old Omro man for underage consumption of alcohol after they saw him riding a bicycle erratically on city streets in the early morning hours Saturday.

Just wondering why the Person or business, that the 19 year old got the alcohol from was not cited also. Maybe be if we went after the people who enable this crime, it would stop.
