Plymouth County prosecutors levied manslaughter charges against Michael J. McGunigle, 49, after an autopsy revealed that Brian Cherry, 48, died of "brain and head injury related to blunt force trauma," a spokeswoman for District Attorney Timothy J. Cruz said.

if mcgunigle gets a good lawyer. serve 2 years with 3 years probation at most. that's MA for you. if it were south or west. we give him justice texas style.
i don't know the man. but reading all the locals comments that know him. he's a thug. only people that are his friends are defending him. i just don't know. if I decide to judge a book by it's cover. the guy looks like a brute (bully)animal. also, the fact he sped away in his truck seems he's a coward and slimeball.
