Sorry Taco Man but Carmen's in EB really is lousy. Everytime we go there, don't ask me why we have gone more than twice, something is wrong. Twice they "forgot" we ordered an appetizer before our meal, go figure. The food just isn't good and the service is worse.

Are we talking about Carmen's Mexican Restaurant? Being a native Southern Californian, I can tell you without a doubt... that food is horrible! For more authentic Mexican food, try Acapulco's on Rte.18 in South Weymouth.

The Carmens in East Bridgewater is probably the worst food of any kind I've had in a loooong time. The food is clearly microwaved. The beer I had was also flat and the service left a lot to be desired. Taco beel has a leg up on that place. Booooooooo!!!!

Carmans will reopen as a high end resturant after the first of the year by a new owner.
Nothing to do with the old owner.
I believe Italian. New sign out front and according to the selectmans meeting the other night it sounds like it will be worth a shot.

Town Line Take Out in Abington does have a killer lobster roll (have not had the clams yet but heard they were some of the best around here!
The simple food there are good also I had the lunch special with their 8oz sirloin burger, fries, and coke for $5.99, forget the fast food joints and try this place

carmens east bridgewater is a disgrace! and i even play on the dart team there!!! Will only drink there and not eat. its not the service(thats ok and he staff is friendly) its the cheapness of the owner and the lack of quality food he buys. he hires a cheap rusty cook who should be peeling potatoes for the 99 and buys frozen crap and adds a little sauce and says heres ya mexican! what bullshit. the whole place is a fraud and poor excuse for mexican place. come on Ed its time to turn it into a sports bar and go with burgers and pizza etc.. have some pride dude and shut that filthy fiesta siesta boring place down brotha!!!!! I wouldnt let my little mexican Donkey eat that crap!!!!!!!!

Went to carmens in Bridgewater, I had a hard time believing it was mexican food. I ordered flauntas, and they served italian sauce on it. Not sure when mexican/italian mix became authentic mexican. I also ordered quacamole, it was awful. I had to tell them I didn't like it....they didn't charge me. That was decent.

The complimentary salsa and chips, were not much to speak of. The salsa seemed homemade with not much flavor. And the chips were right out of a bag.
Not sure I would go back.

Iused to go to pedros in eb but the place just sucked. It all went down hill when the owner Eddie decided to take over the bar and fire little Camille. You see Camille was the business. But anyways Eddie ran the place into the ground. This guy was rude to customers overcharged on food that was just 2nd class. No live entertainment. So I stopped going. I even told eddie pedros wont make it to the summer, its a friggin cemetery in here. Anyways within the month they were gone and now the building is up for sale. Eddahhh!!! Hows that working for ya huh
