I registered online and although it said 25% off your first online order for registering, the order would not go thru..After calling I was told that the 25% discount would not be taken at the store. I expressed my dis-satisfaction and was not accomodated at all. I cancelled my order and will not be back for a repeat performance!

This place is fantastic! The wings are some of the best wings I have ever had and the the chicken broccoli alfredo pizza is to die for! It's even better than Bertucci's version!

The worst customer service, and it was from the owner! Got food delivered, the pizza was cold, forgot the 2ltr, forgot the sauces that we were charged for. Called the store and talked to he manager (the owner that night) and recieved the worse attitude ive ever experienced from a restaurant owner! Told me the pizza's not cold, offered 5 dollar credit after arguing with me for 20 min about how the pizza's not cold. I refused the 5 dollar credit because its a 15 dollar pizza. So he said "what? what do you want me to do? the pizzas not cold, im not sending a delivery guy back out to drop off sauces and a new pizza when yours isnt cold" And he hung up! I called back and asked him if thats his store policy to hang up on customers and drive them away? Then he hung up again! AND THIS IS THE OWNER! WOW, if this place wants to remain open this guy needs to go or re evaluate what the restaurant business is about, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE COMES FIRST!

You couldn't be more dead wrong about this place. The owner or owners are two of the nicest people to have opened a restaurant. These two guys go out of their way to make sure everything is to your liking and couldn't be more professional. I think you need to go in there and see for yourself. I really think you are mistaken or just looking to give a great place a bad review. JM
