oh just shut up, They needed a new building. It will also improve response time (hopefuly).. and is better suited for them then the current building.

yeah - response time to give you a speeding ticket. i guess you have no problem with the waste of $$$ and space that office generates.

Supine...always looking for a reason to complain about the Sheriff's office.
Maybe if you could spell the word "sheriff" you might have gotten a job with a position of authority and you wouldn't be so jealous.
The county does own that building and it looks like as a tax payer you would appreciate seeing your tax dollars at work.
Regardless if the Sheriff's office uses the money or not, YOU WILL STAY PAY TAXES! So why not see the money put to good use.
Also, unless your money was seized in an investigation, you didn't pay for any of those transfer costs anyway.

Hey Dork, before you throw stones have someone proof read your post. So you are saying that money taken in busts paid for this? Well - I'd say that money does pay for some things in this county...but in other ways.

And another thing you people keep talking about moving the radios. Central dispatch didn't move. Just the sheriff's office moved. The radios are still right where they were. Also I'm glad to see that building put to good use since AEP left it. And it makes those that live on Rustic Ln feel a little more secure.

The sheriff's office moved into the old AEP building on Rustic Ln (the road that runs behind Food Country off Route 19).

By the way the officers aren't sitting at the office waiting for a call to come in. They're out on the roads patroling unless they're doing paperwork.

Daily Horoscope for December 29

Pisces

Whether the excesses of the past few days are catching up with you or you're feeling drained for other reasons, you need as much rest as possible today. Once you get tired, your defenses will be down and you'll start to fret about whatever is currently nagging away at the back of your mind. You're also concerned about the welfare of a certain person, which doesn't help.
