I have some questions, if you don't mind.

1. How do I apply? Is their a website?

2. Where exactly are they located?

3. What is their starting pay?

4. Do they hire part time as well as full time?

5. What hours and days are they open?

6. What kinds of shifts do they have?
(ie; 8-5, 9-5, 2-10?)

7. Are they a difficult place to get hired, do they require experience?

8. Are they flexible, and able to work with a persons' schedule if the person has other obligations, or do they require you to be extremely flexible?

9. Do they give a set schedule or rotate shifts?
(ie; Work Mon. 9-5, Tuesday 2-10, Wed 8-4)

10. Are they a good company to work for? What do they do, what type of call center?

1.www.ussolutionsgroup.com
2.There are 3 sites, one in Bristol, one in Abingdon and one in Marion. Pretty sure Abingdon is the main one.
3.I think I started out at $9.25.
4.Yes, as far as know. There were a few part time people I met there.
5. They are open Monday thru Friday. I believe they do optional Saturdays though because I was offered overtime on Saturdays. I only worked in Bristol and everyone left around 7 but got some there as early as 8 am
6. They do 8 hour shifts. You start out doing 9 to 5 in training and then 11 to 7. Then you may choose different hours based on your attendance.
7. I got on easily but customer service is pretty important to be hired.
8. I think they require you to be flexible for the most part, not sure though. Didnt work there long enough to find out.
9. Set schedule
10. Yes they are a good company. The only reason I didnt work there long was because I was so use to working until 3 and 4 in the morning and hated dayshift. They mostly do FedEx calls. But they also have a few other projects that they take calls for.

As far as I know they are not a temporary place. There were people that I met that had worked there for quite a few years. I think everyone is talking about them so much because it seems like they are always hiring and they are trying to expand.

You pretty much have to be "off your head" to work at U.S. Solutions. This is NOT a good company to work for, it is very misleading when you're first starting the job. The insurance is TERRIBLE and not worth having the money taken out for, the "higher ups" are stuck up and do not see their employees as individual people, just a large group that generates revenue for them. The hours/schedules are unfair, they lie and claim to give you a "sign on bonus" but they actually don't, they also lie about weekends, you DO have to work on Saturday's after you've been there a while. This seemed like the ideal job for me but I turned out more depressed than I have ever been working here and I am SO GLAD I quit this job! Trust me, DON'T DO IT!

What actually does the job entail, just answering the phone? and Tracking peoples packages? Can you give more details about the job...Thank you

It depends on which project you start working on. They usually do new hires at Revenue (which is billing) or Customer Service (which is tracking packages, and mainly getting yelled at, cussed at, and downed for the many mistakes Fedex makes daily).
Eventually after you've been there several months they will "dual train" you, and you'll be both Revenue and Customer Service.

Expect to not only be treated horrible by the customers, but by the company U.S. Solutions as well.

It's a crap job. End of story. I'd rather work at McDonald's than go back to U.S. Solutions.

Let me add - it's CONSTANT incoming calls. You don't even get to take a breath between them. Constant bit*****, yelling, cussing, screaming, etc.
Sometimes the packages are life or death (literally). When they are late or get lost, it isn't Fedex that takes the heat, it's YOU as the rep.
