Kimberly Culbertson-Haugh. A friend of mine used her, was up against a member of Bristol police dept, he was making terrible allegations and playing dirty with family money to back him. Ms. Haugh did a great job.

I do not recommend anyone using Josh Cumbo in Abingdon VA. He is a total waste of time and your money. I believe he is scared of the court system and he seems to fight for the other side. You lose everything with this attorney!

Here's a real good one, Helen E. Phillips out of Lebanon, VA. A real dear and close friend of mine used her, he said she put his ex-wife in her place. She had someone from here in town. You might want to give Ms Phillips a call, hope this is of some help for you.

A mean lawyer is not always a smart lawyer. Telling it like it is usually means someone has a loud mouth and pushy opinions. I would rather have a smart lawyer that works to accomplish a reasonable goal than a loudmouth woman that wants to destroy people. This lady has issues. From what I hear, she is not good, simply obnoxious and rude to the defendant.

Nancy was my ex's lawyer...she is imtimidating but she is not all tht people make her out to be. I know she charged him for EVERYTHING and he STILL didn't get what he wanted. Her and Judge Moore in Russell county are tight, LOTS of politics.....overall, she is just like the rest. MONEY GRUBBER

I would not recommend Dennis Jones. He is terrible does not plan your case ahead of time. As we sat in court i did most of the work asking and telling him what he needed to ask the witness testifying. Paid him 5 thousand for me to do all three leg work. He had to be the laziest most inconsiderate piece of crap lawyer I've ever encountered.

My sister used Nancy and she fired her. When it comes to getting one they are all about the same. Virginia is a 50/50 state so it does not make that much difference. I believe she hates men. I have found it is better to use one Lawyer if both parties can agree on everything. Both of you will come out better that way and Lawyers want make all the money.
They are not all the same, similar to some degree, but not the same. From my understanding Bradford is tough, aggressive, and quick. For the record, Virginia is not a 50/50 state. My ex-wife didn't work nor did she want to; the Guardian's mindset was that she not working made her more accessible to the children which was better for them. Thus, I didn't receive 50/50 after I specifically ask for it. My work, personal and criminal record is impeccable; which is total opposite of my ex. Absolutely no reason I shouldn't have at least 50/50. In the end, she was a woman and family court went her way. Me being a man and having a job = an opportunity to financially enslave me to support her and ultimately pay her to keep my kids from me...A sad but absolute fact I've experienced first hand and will not sway on. I could write a book on all the atrocities my ex has inflicted on me/my family, but the bottom line is my children have suffered more for the court's decision/ex's non-sense. The right attorney can and does make a difference. From all reviews, Nancy Jean would have likely produced a different outcome for my case. She's a fighter and knows family family court, that's what you need regardless of gender.
