Don't use the auto wash there it may cost you more then the price you pay for the wash!!! I took my truck there Sunday & it came off the track, busted my front tire they told me they would take care of it!!! Well guess what got a call this morning that it wasn't their fault that it was my husbands fault because he hit the brake. If he hadn't hit the brake after the fact it came off the track it would have cost me more $200.00!!!! They informed me you have to be able to prove with out doubt it was their fault hard to do, well that's not going to happen!!! So if it scratches your car tears your mirror off, bust your tire you will pay for it out of your pocket!!!

I will NEVER go there again! I went there last year and at the end of it when you put your car back in gear to pull out I was unable to move forward. The vehicle behind me kept honking his horn but I couldn't move forward. Finally, I put the car in park and jumped out of the car and ran and got the attendant. He chewed me out for getting out of the car! The bar that releases the car was stuck on mine! I would have been rear ended. Never again!

I'll never go back. I had a very bad experience a few years ago. They were placing the cars too close, and after putting my car in neutral (like they tell you to do) my car slammed into a hummer in front of me. I braked, and the employee got mad at me and cursed because of it. Turns out that my front bumper was damaged. The owner never took responsibility and after about 1 hour of arguing told me to go to his insurance company. He was snotty and arrogant. My new favorite car wash is Scurbbies on Main St. The machine does a great job and no chance of damage.

They made me think they would pay for my tire but that didn't happen. I was told that the owner was a good person! Don't believe that!!!

Why don't you people get off your ass and wash your own car? Oh I guess if you dent your car with the brush or scratch it somehow you won't have anybody to blame and try to make them pay for the damage! This is ridiculous! Quit being so damn lazy and do it yourself!

The attendents direct u onto the tracks. Well...I was entering as directed and went on. I felt scrubbing and my suv was jerking. When I got home my rims were scratched all to hell. At that time I owned a 50k suv. They refused to fix damages claiming I was in the wrong. Ok..they seriously need to watch their attendants as they are directing customers.

Lonnie, you must be in good health and that's a blessing. Please consider that some of the folks who are posting here may be elderly or in poor health.
