yes they are supposed to but dont always. and no they have to buy every thing from commisary

jail is just that jail..what i would be asking is how many people have died in that jail and also how the numbers stack up to other jails like it..also is that jail safe ..no it is not ..first of all it was built on top of a cave that they tried to fill with concreat and they pumped so much of it in to it in ran out on the main road..and the walls and floor in one unit has a one inch gap between them ..the dog lot that they had inmates build is drained in to the sewer and there was no bulding permit for to start with ..hell the only resone they can keep inmates in it is because they dont want to leve the old jail had more securty then that one ..if the people of washington county knew half of what gos on in that place it would be closed down..and people let me tell you this just because those folks you know who work there seem to be such good people on the out side dont think for one second there like that in there ..95 per cent of them would turn there back on you in a second .its just a fact rathere you agree with it or not ..but remember one thing most of the people in there will get out one day and then you have not only a ex con but you have a tormented one who has gone crazy from the treatment they got there..if all people think its alright to treat people the way they do there then when your at church saying your prayers or were ever you worship then ask this what would god say about me thinking and acting this way..now pray on that..
