I did not know anything was wrong! Had she been sick?? This was one of the greatest ladies that I had ever met! She was very kind, had a great personality, and touched everyone she met. Prayers go out to all her family and all who knew her. May she rest in peace!

The rumor is that she was at a party with fellow ems/emt members and stepped out because she wasn't feeling well after about an hour she was found unresponsive after asperating on vomit This however has not been proven it is only a rumor and as far as I know no official report has been made. Tracey will be missed and our prayers will go out to her family in this dark time for them.

First of all RIP Tracy!! I would love to know the guilt that WCLSC has about her death! They are the ones that watched her drink and kept pouring the drinks. They are trained to know the signs and symptoms and yet left her alone/and let her drink more. The own captain left the party with her unresponsive! People said they even checked her sugar and it was 240 and then waited to put her to bed. Then about 1hr later they are calling 911 cause she is not breathing! How low that the her "crew family" dident care more about her vs.drinking and having a good time. It is a very sad time, but this could have been prevented! I hope charges are pressed against whoever hosted the party and the ones involved in her absent care!!!! Mr.Newman, do your job on this one!!

Please remember that you are talking about someone's daughter, sister, friend, etc. i.e. stop being so Abingdon about everything and spreading information that you don't know is true. That goes for you too, "The Truth." I assure you her friends that she worked with and partied with are plenty upset and are grieving enough for thousands of people. Assigning blame like that is reckless, irresponsible, and just plain mean. Stop it! Anyone who claims they have never been to a party,(whether it's at someone's house or at the Country Club) and saw someone drink too much and left them throwing up to go back to doing what they came to do (which is party) is not telling "the truth" at all. Just stop it. Show a little respect. Don't be a jerk. STOP IT!!!

Crab was a great friend and will be missed dearly. I have heard several stories about that night. All are saying that her death could have been prevented. There were several of her fellow crew members there that watched her drink, made fun of her behavior, and then left her without taking her for medical care. How sad!!

Crab was a great person and was not known for her drinking behavior. She was loved by everyone. She will always be in our thoughts and prayers!

Tracy is and was a good person who loved nothing more than to fit in, Tracy always wanted to help others and spent her life trying to do just that. Tracy was just as much of an adult as the rest of us and made the decision to have something to drink. That said if you are going to host a party you should also have plans to take care of someone who may become ill, a sober person or two could have possibly prevented a healthy person from passing way too early.

I hate the fact that my fellow EMS community acts like a bunch of darn back woods goons and feels the need too party so much and bring us all into a place where we are looked at as unprofessional, uneducated, and careless. Maybe now they see how hosting parties can effect more than one person but the whole community.

Its embarrassing to know that an ambulance service supervisor with no training had no better judgment than host such a party once a year, just because you are an ALS provider doesnt mean you are any better a leader than anyone else! This goes to show you. I wonder what the sheriff thinks about his off deputy and crew captain being at such a location?

We will miss you tracey!

I understand. You guys just can't help yourselves. Go ahead, spin your stories, assign blame and completely ignore the fact that she has a family who could be very hurt by your comments and speculation. After all, your need to throw stones, assign blame, and compound the pain of an already excruciating situation is way more important than protecting a girl and a family who is already going to experience way more pain than they deserve.

Sometimes the hardest thing (not talking about this so carelessly) and the right thing (not talking about this so carelessly) are the same. Again, just a word of advice. Her family could find greater comfort in kind words about Tracy than hearing stories you heard from someone else who heard from someone who knows a cousin of someone who was there. You get that, right?

To the Crabtree family. I knew Travis and met Tracy several times. She was a lovely human being and I hope great memories of her help you through a difficult time. I am sincerely thinking of you all during this time.

Please remember that not everyone from WCLSC was at that party, and chose not to go. Not everyone enjoys that type of "fun".

And please wait for the facts to come out before judging anyone. It will all come out in time.

some of you have nothing better to do than to start rumors, fuel speculation none of you were present yet you write things as truth, i pray for each of you that nothing like this ever happens in your organization, the truth will come out and how guilty some of you will be for writing such untruths, he said -she said is the basis for so much pain for those involved. Why could you not just write about what a wonderful person she was. some of you are just plain idiots that have no life and need to destroy others to make yourselves feel better.

I'm sure 99.9% are rumors. Tracy was a very special and dear friend to all of us. We loved her very much. As respect to this woman, family, and friends please stop posting assumptions, rumors, hear say, etc.. this has all topix has ever been is a place for people to hide and throw out their biased views. Nothing positive has came from topix. Let's change this. We love you Tracy!!

Anyone that knew Tracy would know that she would be so upset over the rumors that are being spread about an organization and its members that she dearly loved and supported for years. I agree with "Respect"- lets be the end to the assumptions and rumors! We love you Tracy!
