ok, im gonnna give you a run down of this situation. i was in Hickory Hills which holds section 8 housing. i was walking alone when i was tackled blindly by 3 bel air police officers ( no need to mention names for embarressment's sake on their part ) when they got me down i asked them what they were doing, they searched me and then picked me up and asked why i was there. i told them i was just visiting a friend when one of the cops slammed my face into the ground and told me to stop tryin to fight him when i wasnt moving at all. I then was picked up and pushed into an apartment complex and they walked off...what kinda crap and harassment is that. i currently have a civil suit under way against the 3 officers as we speak...chime in if you have anything else to add

not to mention a few months earlier my house was robbed by a person who i identified as TERRY WEIGMAN who had been in and out of jail in maryland for years. and the cops didnt do one thing about it, which only leaves me to police the situation, which i have to do

I was arrested for telephone misuse by this dept despite no telephone records,no recordings,in fact the person who I supposedly called never met me just said someone TOLD him it was me.Needless to say the court immed trashed it.What jagoffs.

Dear Shut Up, it seems Zach was man enough to use his real name, probably because he has nothing to hide. Being from PA, how can you know what happens in another jurisdiction? You don't. If you're not going to use your real name, you should SHUT UP. How do you know if he is exaggerating or not. Were you there? Did you witness this? I went to high school woth Zach, as well as Terry Weigman and I can contend that Zach wouldn;t make up stories such as this. Fact is Bel Air police are stereotypical and a poor excuse for law enforcement.

let me start by saying it is not the cops job to figure out what happend, it is the courts job. with that being said why are you complaining sounds like you didn't get convicted.

for one, Mr. guy who doesnt know what hes talking about...the suit i put on BRAD HELM! was settled outside of court awhile ago. that doesnt change the fact that bel air police are so bored all the time that they have nothing to do but harass and beat up on people. I dont know what its like to be a cop but i gaurentee you i would do a better job then some of these assholes do. Dont get me wrong i have talked to some bel air cops that were pretty nice guys...theres just a majority who love to use "POWER" more then needed

Zack, hopefully one day you will get it, until then, good luck. The police are not out to get innocent, decent people, we know who the dirtballs are. Dealing with low life people like you does not make us feel powerful at all. It actually makes me personally feel like a babysitter for adults. And just because you can throw an officer's name out there still does not validate your story, its just not true. im not saying cops are out to get the innocent...i was pissed off at the cop who did it so i posted the message...wasnt suppose to turn into the talk of the century...again, i know plenty of bel air cops who were cool and that i know on a personal level, i shouldve specified the cop and not the entire department. I truly apologize for the offense this may have caused you all. I dont know how im a low-life though, because some asshole guy tackled me in a neighborhood, again if i did anything wrong i wouldve gotten in some kind of trouble for it. But to any other people aside him this offended. again, i apologize.
