I too was "too young" when Tommy sang w\the Echco's.
Was a fine time to be had in Baltimore Md. for all... in those early years.

Now @ 60 yrs. young myself, I live in Naples FL.

But wouldn't had missed it for the world Tommy V.

"For Goodness Sake," the flip side of his 1968 single "Soul Sister Annie," is one of the most fuzzed-out wild garage-soul songs ever. I swear it's got a go-go beat, making me wonder if it inspired the whole genre. It's a definite hidden gem with its own cult following, and I wish he's release it on CD and try to get it a wider audience.

I saw Tommy Vann and the Admirals many times at Club Venus. The Admirals and another group called the Second Coming were my favorites. They really were good times!

Daily Horoscope for December 6

Taurus

If you gave up over what happened yesterday, you stand a better chance of sorting things out today. Talking to the person who failed to go for the teamwork may help to get a grip on the situation, especially if you manage to avoid recriminations or accusations. Instead, do your best to be as understanding and compassionate as possible. Or just let it go.
