How much is rent at Windsor Valley?

I have a very close friend who lives there, she pays less than $500 for a two bedroom townhome. I don't know exactly, but you can call them.

thanks yea i checked it out n i was told same range 500-700 per month for 3 bedroom which is great but rest of the family didn't hold up so..

My husband and I along with our 3 month old child moved into a windsor valley town home in 2000.(it used to be called meadowood when we moved there) rent was free they based it on how much your pay checks were per week (section 8) the whole area is going down hill really fast we lived there for two years and we had to get out of there quick. we lived in between two drug dealers cops were always running in and out (and busting down there front door doing drug stings or raids) of there houses. people running in and out of there homes all hours of the day and night i can't tell you how many weirdos mistaken my house for there dealers house. banging on the doors partyin all the time weekdays week nights weekends day and nite we had to go to work the next day and they kept us up most nights and we we're to scared to call the cops or the leasing office cause we had a small baby.windsor valley is no place to raise a family the kids are mean and act just like the parents bring them up in this world it is a getto and the only people that live in a getto are people that can't aford living some where nice. and lets face it, it has been my experence that people living in section 8 are people on wellfair trying to get any kind of free hand out so they don't have to work and earn there known living they want the government to take care of them and there 10 kids, drug dealers, people that drink and do drugs all day all night, it has been 10 years since i moved out of there and i'll never step a foot back on meadowood dr. you could'nt pay me to go back there thats how bad it is so think twice before moving into windsor valley townhomes!!!

Me and my wife are seriously thinking about moving to windsor valley. if any one has any current veiws on the type of neighbor hood or the people that live there. In other words is it a place you would want to raise a family.

Unless you are looking for a drug haven, and place for your kids to learn how to fight, and to make roaches your pets, don't do it. Windsor Valley was originally Meadowood, they changed the name, but NOTHING else. This place has been a suburban ghetto since the late 1970's/early 1980's.

lol yea my best friend lives in meadowood n i gone to some parties there and its straight crazy tall built people rocking off to club music! pretty wild for a suburb. but its ight if ur friends wit people. gives u an advantage when out of towners come around the way i look at it

Windsor Valley is a joke, I don't understand why they just tear it down and make that trash that lives there go find another area to mess up. They do act like it's a ghetto and it's not, before those section 8 losers moved in edgewood was a nice are with working families and friendly people. Slowly all the families that wanted to build their lives there left because of the scum that remains there today, and I'm not saying they are all scum. I get that people fall on hard times and need help but seriously I can't stand the uneducated garbage that wants to fight and steal. No wonder they have nothing, they are nothing.

no way dont move there its nothing but trash & drug dealers !! my sis in law live dthere until this past Jan- she had now choice living on disabilty & being elderly- we went to visit her on christmas eve & a man was hot right in front of her townhouse !!! she is sooo thankful to be out of there - ITS NO PLACE TO OWN A DOG Must less raise a Family !!!

i lived in edge water village and i would rather lived there than meadowood .and both are bad.and this was in the 90's.

I have friends there.
And then I have situations where I've had little kids come up to me and say their gonna get their uncles to stab me because I'm white.
