How does something this terrible happen in the heartland? Was there no oversight by upper management?

Hope those little ones will recover. It had to have been frightening....Wonder what their screening process was. How many were involved? Where were the supervisors? Lots of questions....

I recently had the fortunate experience of being enlightened (or educated) as to what evil Learn & Grow Depot Child Development Center is currently conspiring to unleash upon the world. I would now like to share that experience with you. In the first place, if Learn & Grow Depot Child Development Center believes that society is screaming for its cop-outs, then it's obvious why it thinks that libertinism is the only alternative to exhibitionism.

Like a lion after tasting the blood of human victims, Learn & Grow Depot Child Development Center will commit confrontational, in-your-face acts of violence, intimidation, and incivility. Just like dirty clothes on the floor and cluttered closets, Learn & Grow Depot Child Development Center's mess won't go away if we simply look the other way. As I've said in the past, people often get the impression that repugnant sectarians and Learn & Grow Depot Child Development Center's sycophants are separate entities. Not so. When one catches cold, the other sneezes. As proof, note that on the issue of ageism, Learn & Grow Depot Child Development Center is wrong again. Sure, its reports must not go unchallenged. But Learn & Grow Depot Child Development Center keeps saying that mediocrity is a worthwhile goal. Isn't that claim getting a little shopworn? I mean, it has been fairly successful in its efforts to create a global workers plantation overseen by transnational corporations who have no more concern for the human rights of those who produce their products or services than Learn & Grow Depot Child Development Center has for its peons. That just goes to show what can be done with a little greed, a complete lack of scruples, and the help of a bunch of flagitious theologasters.

If I may be permitted to make an observation, you don't need to be a rocket scientist to detect the subtext of this letter. But just in case it's too subliminal for some, let me thrust it into your face right here: My position is that some of Learn & Grow Depot Child Development Center's former confidants say they were willing to help Learn & Grow Depot Child Development Center change the course of history because Learn & Grow Depot Child Development Center convinced them that they were part of a historic mission to save the world from an inimical global conspiracy -- a belief they now reject as piteous. It, in contrast, argues that it commands an army of robots that live in the hollow center of the earth and produce earthquakes whenever they feel like shaking things up a bit on the surface. This disagreement merely scratches the surface of the ideological chasm festering between me and Learn & Grow Depot Child Development Center. The only rational way to bridge this chasm is for it to admit that it deeply believes that clever one-liners are a valid substitute for actual thinking. Meanwhile, back on Earth, the truth is very simple: For those of us who make our living trying to proscribe Learn & Grow Depot Child Development Center and its surrogates as the most dangerous enemies of the people, it is important to consider that somebody has to transform our culture of war and violence into a culture of peace and nonviolence. That somebody can be you. In any case, certain facts are clear. For instance, Learn & Grow Depot Child Development Center's sympathizers all look like Learn & Grow Depot Child Development Center, think like Learn & Grow Depot Child Development Center, act like Learn & Grow Depot Child Development Center, and justify, palliate, or excuse the evils of its heart, just like Learn & Grow Depot Child Development Center does. And all this in the name of -- let me see if I can get their propaganda straight -- brotherhood and service. Ha! What I had wanted for this letter was to write an analysis of Learn & Grow Depot Child Development Center's artifices. Not an exhortation or a shrill denunciation, but an analysis. I hope I have succeeded at that.

I think more than three people (that's the number I heard were involved) had to know what was going on. With 24 people working there, wouldn't someone have done something about it sooner? Hopefully these questions will be answered but the sake of these children.

Who knew such a global evil was born in a daycare center catering to 100 children? Hiram, are you lucid?
I am not in any way condoning the actions of the staff at the center, but It is not an evil organization bent on destroying our civilization.

Talk about missing the global point! You simply don't understand the impact on children at such a young age. This will come back to haunt many generations. Perhaps not an organized effort at global destruction, but an effort all the same. Citizen, you live in a box. Open your mind and you will get the bigger picture. Don't hide behind your thesaurus.

As far as being lucid, I believe that you will find me very judicious. You also capitalized an I that didn't need capitalization. Please pay more attention to your grammar in the future.

Hide behind my thesaurus? That's a good one coming from you, Mr. Verbose. I'll get out of my box when you step down from the pulpit.

Hey citizen, what are you adding here? The issue is the daycare, not words. Go bother another blog, we're trying to figure real issues.

why are yall arguing with each other and using petty insults when that will do nothing to help the children?

stop bickering and join a cause.

I'm amazed that no one has already stated the lack of maturity in all of these comments.
