so he has to go back three hours later, in excruciating pain. The doctor verbally apologizes and states he should have given him something for pain the first time....young man gets billed twice.
When ombudsman is contacted, she writes a letter saying 'standard of care' is appropriate. pay both bills.
they ain't getting paid. I would NEVER step foot in this low rent hospital...uncaring staff, from the medical director, Canfield, down to the ER staff AND the ombudsman, who is supposed to be a patient advocate. what a joke!
