1983 murder still unsolved

In late 1984 a car was pulled from the Ohio River near Maysville. Inside of the car were the bodies of Connie Armstrong and Regina Fannin. The women had been missing since February 9th, 1983. Two men were later arrested and the case was sent to trial. That trial only lasted three days for lack of evidence and the men were released.
This case has seen little interest from anyone since the trial ended and many rumors have swirled through the years about who may have committed this ruthless crime. The group, truth for connie, thinks that 27 years is long enough to wait for answers. The time has come for someone to step forward. Please free your conscience and give these families the closure they deserve.
