It is wrong to kill an unarmed human being, only a coward would do it,or a person with mental problems.

I guess you forgot the police were CALLED there by family members who were in fear of him and NEEDED someone to take control of him. Not just once that very night but three times. What was "wrong" was a father terrorizing his family and children instead of caring for and protecting and providing for them. One thing is for sure, the police should have never had to be called in the first place. Had he been a real man at home with his family doing what a father and husband SHOULD do then there would not have been police there and no one would have died.

They had no father. just a "donor". A father would have been doing what was his responsibility and not terrorizing his family. I agree his death is a sad thing but so is children brought into a world were abuse, drugs, and lack of responsibility exists.

You may morn his death but don't make excuses for his actions and lack of being a good father and provider. His children only offered love for him and he insulted them. Don't make it worse by blaming everyone else for his lack of being a father.

yes I did know they were called, but if two cops can't control one unarmed human being without killing him they are in the wrong line of work.

Is Rusty McCoy the chief fire inspector now? How does a person go from being a cop to chief fire inspector in such short time? Wait...I know...he's Billy McCoy's nephew....and that's how Booneville works....not what you know...but who you know or related to!

I'm sure the State and City will get just the right people on the Jury. Usually, they put a few Jurors who have family members in the Police and Fire department, coarse they don't disclose this during selection, you find out after the state turns down the appeal. It's all a crooked wash.

Sometimes in life you have to make hard decisions, but never expect a courtroom run by the State, paying employees from the State, in a case about the State, with Jurors selected by the State, to be Just. They will cover themselves at all cost, wait, make that our cost, since it's our taxes they screw us with.

Let me get this straight. A drunk drug addict (with a history of violence) terrorizing his family and children, after the police had tried already twice that very night to "control" him you are now blaming the cops? Have you ever tried to "control" a drunk or drug addict? In this case the cops DID finally control him. If the family didn't want cops to do their job then they should not have called the cops THREE times that night in fear of him.

A lot of officers have a history of violence and alcohol abuse. I'm glad that history gives me the right to justify my name. Best to keep shooting suspects until you get me. But wait, here's the rub, I don't exist outside a paranoid imagination. The only copkiller here the cop who killed, karma and overly paranoid training has these cowards shooting at everything that scares them, lately thats been puppies, and grandma's.
They need they're guns taken away until they can prove they are mature enough to carry one, police overseas handle these situations without running around screaming and shooting wildly.

By the way this America, just because people have a different view from yours don't make them anti-government, 9mm, LoL, thanks for the laugh tough guy.

My father was a drunk. He could not hold a job so we did without food and clothes or a place to live.He would come in drunk and beat my mother and us kids to a bloody pulp. Give me a badge and gun and see how much mercy I have for a violent drunk drug head threatening his family. I promise it would not that three trips to solve this mans drug problem.

sorry to hear that, ur momma should have left and took y'all. Since the apple didn't fall from the tree, you should join the pd you would fit right in. We don't need judges and juries we just need to shoot everyone that does us bad, come to think of it, I need a gun an a badge, we all do since all of us have been beat on by somebody

Wow! You need therapy! I hope you never become a cop! Cops are suppose to arrive at the scene without ANY preconceived notions to enforce the law! The judge and jury do the judging and sentencing! Why didn't the cops do their job and take him in one of the first two times if he was such a threat and that was their third time that night?
