Buy doing this we will lose the natural wildlife that has been there for years. Even though, houses will not be built within 150 feet, whose to say that there won't be anything else built there in the future. This townsite has been quite until others have come in and tried to take over what has not been theirs.

I agree. They should leave this area alone. Besides, who is going to pay that much money for a house and live in Springfield? The commute is difficult in the winter, school districts are quite a distance, and their kids will have nothing to do. You either have to be retired or drive a long way to get to work, shopping or social things like the movies or the mall. Aren't houses that go up for sale in Springfield already difficult to sell unless the prices are rock bottom?
This is a nice area with wildlife and such. Geez, let it be Bingham County. |
