I'm getting that "RESTITUTION" also but he only pays a small part of what he makes and doesn't work!! At the rate he is paying his debt back, with the blessings of the YORK COUNTY Judge that sentened him,I can't LIVE LONG ENOUGH TO COLLECT !!!!! Crime DOES PAY IN YORK COUNTY... Good Luck

Good Luck Call victims assistance, they may be able ot help. They can pay the "restitution" to you and then the money that he/she pays goes directly to them. Cant hurt to check.

After being out of the area many years ago, I moved back, answered an ad, & started working for this guy when his office was on Rte 30. After less than 2 weeks of working with him and mummy-dearest, and both of them asking me to lie to vendors, I knew something was not quite right. I gave them my notice, left the office, and never looked back. Glad the law has has finally caught up with him. But mummy-dearest was indeed very much aware of her son's actions. I saw it first-hand.

this case is similar to the anthony muscarelli "Mukie" case of 2007 where he defrauded customers to feed his gambling habit. He got out in 2009 and has resumed business in york and harrisburg and continues to scam women of their life savings

Years ago we did work for Gebhart's Pole building, after I had to take him to court to get 1/2 of what he owed me, we of course stopped working with him, but it didn't stop his mother (Gloria) or his other employees from calling me under other business names to try to get prices from me for material. It is a shame the laws allowed him to rip people off as long as he did with out giving it any thought! He needs to spend a LONG time in prison, this area will be so much better off without slimeballs like him!
