2 of the patients families were employees of greg abbott, mr. duvall not allowed lawyer, patients/families not aloud to testify, or to present evidence, patient never locked in room her room family put a piece of 1/8 inch because of her fear of the outside per pych issues. facility had working fire sprinklers. the facility rooms were legally leased out to the individuals and care paid for separately to third party. all families were given a copy of the law and signed a memorandum of understanding as to way payments had to be separate (similar to independant living no license required. setup review by person who wrote the rules 3 years prior. total railroad political crap
