It is pretty simple: If a doctor wants to perform abortions he can, but he has to be able to get privileges at a hospital within 30 miles of the abortion mill. The abortion mill must meet certain medical and health standards to stay open. If that is taking care of a woman and making sure she is safe, what the heck is?
