Drought has been in the news a long time, but rates haven't gone up. Water still comes out when you turn on the tap.

stop trying to provide cover for the water company, freakin eptimes always with pendejadas. No we will not pay higher rates.

We need a true Power Boss to regulate the water in this area. Mayor Bloomberg has the right idea of how government should function but all the anti Semites are opposing his valiant efforts.
