Dude, What? - Legless Man, Friend, Charged with DUI

Two Dorchester men were arrested for operating the same vehicle while intoxicated in the Abbotsford area.

Maybe they could get off on a technicality.
One guy was steering (guy with no legs)
One guy was operating the brakes & the gas.
The 3rd. guy was minding his own business in the back seat, because he was too drunk to participate.
